Issue 40 (2023) of the Journal of Legal and Social Philosophy, published by the Centre for Research in Legal and Social Philosophy at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Rosario, is dedicated to Prof. Mag. Eduardo V. Lapenta. It brings together articles on doctrine, tribute speeches, communication and virtual space focused on trialist thinking.
