Issue 43 of the Journal of Legal and Social Philosophy (2025), published by the Centre for Research in Legal and Social Philosophy at the National University of Rosario, addresses a variety of current topics. In the doctrine section, Miguel Angel Ciuro Caldani explores the three-dimensionality of law from a monistic perspective and reflects on legality in a secularised world. Virtual spaces address two themes: the impact of high technology—social networks, peace and war—on integration, and the defence of children and adolescents, with contributions on childhood gambling addiction and the Colombian experience. The issue is rounded off with a joint statement on the philosophy of international law.
